Marble Cream Cheese Brownies

Easy semi-homemade moist and delicious brownies using box brownie mix and adding chocolate chips and a cream cheese and brownie swirl.

Serves: 1 dozen
  • 1 box of your favorite brownie mix
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 8 oz package Kraft cream cheese softened
  • ⅓ cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups Kraft caramels melted in a double boiler or microwave safe container
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
  3. Prepare brownie batter according to box instructions, adding the chocolate chips and pour into pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla, sugar, and egg to cream cheese mixture and mix together thoroughly.
  6. Using a spoon, alternate small dollops of the caramel and cream cheese mixture on top of brownie batter, leaving space in between.
  7. Using a fork make small rotations or swirls in the cream cheese and caramel dollops to make the marble effect.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  9. Let cool and serve.
