Triple Berry Homemade Smoothie Recipe
Delicious homemade berry smoothie.
Recipe type: Breakfast
  • ⅓ cup of blackberries about 4
  • ⅓ cup blueberries
  • 2 large strawberries
  • ½ cup organic apple juice
  • ⅓ cup lemon yogurt
  • 8 oz. ice
  1. Take all the above for one smoothie.
  2. If your blender is large enough you maybe able to do two at a time.
  3. Double amounts shown above for two.
  4. Blend on your smoothie setting or liquefy setting pulsing if needed.
