Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • ⅔ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1⅓ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. I the bowl of a standing mixer, cream peanut butter, butter, and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and mix until combined. Then mix in the milk.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
  6. Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto a cookie sheet 2 inches apart (I fit 12 per 17x10 inch cookie sheet). Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes and then remove onto a cooling rack.
