Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Serves: 8-10
For the Chicken:
  • 4 large chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
  • ⅓ cup water
  • Onion salt
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
For assembling:
  • 8-10 slider buns
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
For the Chicken:
  1. Place chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker, add water, and sprinkle with onion salt. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. When done, shred chicken on a cutting board, place in a bowl and mix with the buffalo wing sauce.
For assembling:
  1. Mix green onions with coleslaw.
  2. Place the saucy chicken on each bun along with some coleslaw mix, blue cheese dressing, and crumbles. Close and serve immediately.
