Slow Cooker Chile Lime Pork Tacos

Tender pulled pork tacos with a hint of lime and chile.

  • 2lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • Juice from two large limes
  • 1 small can diced fire roasted chilis drained
  • ½ cup water
  • Chopped cilantro & red onions to garnish
  • Flour tortillas for serving
  1. Brown tenderloin in skillet until outside is caramelized.
  2. Place in 4 quart slow cooker and pour taco seasoning, lime juice, chiles, and water over the pork.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
  4. Transfer tenderloin to a cutting board and shred with two forks.
  5. Serve with onions, cilantro, and any other desired condiments.
